Definitions

and "Promotion" are live blasts. `Ineligible Entrants' are:

(a) all New Zealand employees working on the holidays or flights, all employees of the sponsor or sponsors and/or participating promotional and/or advertising agencies and their immediate families;

(b) all persons under the age of 18 if the prize includes air travel or any other item that would be unlawful to supply to a person under 18;

(c) all persons who have won a prize from the channel/station running this promotion in the last 14 days.

`Intermediate families' include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, whether by marriage, previous marriage, remarriage, adoption, cohabitation, or other forms of family expansion. 1. These Promotion or Competition Rules (`Rules`)

do not

apply to this Promotion and Competition.

2. Registration, entry, and voting are limited to one person, unless otherwise stated in the Specific Rules. Each person is entitled to one entry.

3. No purchase is necessary to win or participate in the Promotion, unless otherwise stated in the Specific Rules. Please provide your full name, email address, and where you plan to travel to next once borders are open and secure.

4. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only. Ineligible entrants may not enter the Promotion.

5. Live Blasts reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion for reasonable cause.

6. Live Blasts reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to a host who has determined (in its sole discretion) to have violated the Rules (including the Specific Rules), gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or won using fraudulent means.

7. By participating, entrants grant exclusive permission to use their name, email address, and likeness in connection with the Promotion and for future promotional and marketing purposes, and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration from such use.

8. All personal details provided must be true and complete, and will be retained by Viva Expression and may be used for promotional and future marketing purposes in accordance with Viva Expression's Privacy Policy (see https://ar.vivaexprecteditions.com/privacy-policy) unless otherwise instructed by entrants at the time of entry.

9. Personal information provided at the time of entry is presumed to be correct and, in the case of text or email notification, current, up to and after the completion date of the promotion. 10. The

prize

may only be awarded to the person who originally entered the promotion (the 'Winner'). The Winner will be determined in the manner set out in the Rules or, if not determined, in the Specific Rules by the Promoter, who will act as the judge (the 'Judge') for this purpose.

11. The Judge's decision regarding the Winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The winner will be notified by email, phone (voice or text), mail, or in person and must be available to arrange all publicity that Viva may request. This will be through social media, our website, and email announcements. When attempts to contact the winner are unsuccessful (when the winner cannot be contacted by phone after three repeated attempts or by mail), the judge will select another winner. If the prize is not collected within one week of its announcement, following the winner notification, it is considered a forfeit. (Note: 3 attempts to contact the winner will include one-to-one calls to any numbers provided at the time of entry.

13. The prize is non-refundable for cash or transferable. No other family member, friend, associate, or other person will be able to enter on the winner's behalf. In the event that the prize specified in the competition becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter may substitute the prize with a prize of similar or equal value.

14. In cases where the winner is required to claim the prize in person, they must provide appropriate identification (driving license, passport, birth certificate). If the winner is under the age of 18, their parent or guardian must accompany the winner or give their prior written consent to the award of the prize.

15. The winner accepts the prize entirely at his own risk and is indemnified against any claim for compensation for any accident, injury, property damage, or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The winner is responsible for all insurance, taxes, or other costs that may be associated with the prize. Where the prize is subject to terms and conditions, the winner accepts the prize subject to such terms, conditions, and restrictions.

16. Where the prize includes air travel and/or accommodation, whether international or domestic (the 'Travel Prize'):

(1) the winning ministry must have valid documentation, including, but not limited to, valid passports and visas that meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at each destination.

(a) Any fines, penalties, fines, payments or expenses incurred as a result of such documentation not meeting the requirements of those authorities (including any costs associated with delays) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

(2) the winner must be available to travel on 21 March 2021 and make their way to Christchurch Airport. The same applies when the flight returns to Christchurch Airport. The winner must arrange their own transport from here onwards.

(3) Any changes to travel dates outside the travel period specified in the Travel Prize details will be made by Fivea Expeditions, which will notify the winner. If the trip is cancelled due to COVID restrictions, Fivea Expeditions will arrange a new travel date for the winner, but will not be held liable for any Local costs or changes necessary for travel to Christchurch Airport, or any additional costs associated therewith.

(4) The winner is responsible, unless expressly provided in the Specific Rules, for expenses including, but not limited to, spending money, meals, beverages, transportation, laundry fees, activities, incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other taxes associated with flights included in the Travel Prize), gratuities, service charges, passports, visas, travel insurance, and all other additional costs associated with the award of the Travel Prize. The winner must obtain travel insurance to protect themselves against additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

(5) The Travel Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Travel Prize must be taken as provided in the Specific Rules, and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the Travel Prize as stated. For the avoidance of doubt, if, for any reason, the winner is unable to travel on a nominated date during this period, whether the failure is due to reasons beyond the winner's control or otherwise, the winner will forfeit the Travel Prize.

(6) The Promoter makes no representation regarding the safety, conditions and other matters that may exist at any destination. This is considered domestic travel and advice can be obtained from various sources, including local government and consular offices and the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade website. The winner accepts the travel prize at their own risk.

(7) All travel is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the Travel Prize Providers. Any travel companion listed on the Travel Prize (if applicable) accepts the Travel Prize subject to these terms, conditions and restrictions as if references to the winner in the relevant clauses were to the travel companion. The winner must sign a legal release, in a form acceptable to the Promoter in its sole discretion, if requested by the Promoter.

Liability

17. Live Blasts reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue the Promotion at any stage, for any reason.

18. Live Blasts accepts no liability for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment, technical failures, congested lines, inadvertent disconnections, texts with an incorrect keyword in translation, texts with an incorrect shortcode, Major Power or otherwise.

19 - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smuggling Cases shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct or consequential loss) or personal injury arising out of entering the Promotion or winning the Prize.

Number of Processors

20- Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

21- If the winner does not accept these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited.

Travel, Airfare, and Travel

The prize is for one economy suite seat on March 21, 2021, flight NZ1918, departing Christchurch at 19:00, returning to Christchurch at 05:00 am on March 22, 2021.


One hour prior to departure, Viva Blasting accepts no responsibility for late arrival of the prize winner.


All flight regulations must be adhered to, including wearing a mask on board.
