Definitions

and "Promotion" are live explosions. `Ineligible Entrants' are:

(a) all employees of the benefit, all employees of sponsors or entities involved in the promotion and/or advertising agencies and their immediate families;

(b) all persons under the age of eighteen;

(c) all persons who have won a prize from the channel/station running this promotion in the last fourteen days.

`Intermediate families' include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, whether by marriage, previous marriage, remarriage, adoption, cohabitation, or other forms of family expansion. 1. These Promotion or Competition Rules (`Rules`)

do not

apply to these Promotion and Competition Rules.

2. Registration, entry, or voting is limited to one person, unless otherwise stated in the Specific Rules. Each person is entitled to one entry.

3. No purchase is necessary to win or participate in the Promotion, unless otherwise stated in the specific rules. To enter, entrants must subscribe to the Blow Up marketing emails by 9:00 AM on October 31, 2022.

4. Ineligible entrants may not enter the Promotion.

5. Blow Up reserves the right to disqualify anyone from participating in the Promotion for reasonable cause.

6. Blow Up reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to a host who has determined (in its sole discretion) to have violated the rules (including the specific rules), gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or won through fraudulent means. 7.

By participating, entrants grant exclusive permission to use their names, email addresses, and likenesses in connection with the Promotion and for future promotional and marketing purposes, and waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration from such use.

8. All personal details provided must be true and complete, and will be retained by Viva Expression and may be used for promotional and future marketing purposes in accordance with Viva Expression's Privacy Policy (see https://vivaexprecteditions.com/privacy-policy) unless otherwise instructed by entrants at the time of entry.

9. Personal information provided at the time of entry is presumed to be correct and, in the case of text or email notification, current, up to and after the completion date of the promotion. 10. The

prize

may only be awarded to the person who originally entered the promotion (the 'Winner'). The Winner will be determined in the manner set out in the Rules or, if not determined, in the Specific Rules by the Promoter, who will act as the judge (the 'Judge') for this purpose.

11. The Judge's decision on the Winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The winner will be notified by email, phone (voice or text), mail, or in person and must be available to arrange all publicity that Viva may request. This will be through social media, our website, and email announcements. When attempts to contact the winner are unsuccessful (when the winner cannot be contacted by phone after three repeated attempts or by mail), the judge will select another winner. If the prize is not claimed within one week of its announcement, following the winner notification, it is considered a forfeit. (Note: 3 attempts to contact the winner will involve one-to-one calls to any numbers provided at the time of entry.

13. The prize is non-refundable for cash or transferable. No other family member, friend, associate, or other person will be able to enter on the winner's behalf. If the prize specified in the competition becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter may substitute the prize with a prize of similar or equal value.

14. In cases where the winner is required to claim the prize in person, they must provide appropriate identification (driving license, passport, birth certificate).

15. The winner takes the prize entirely at their own risk and indemnifies against any claim for any accident, injury, property damage, or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The winner is responsible for all insurance, tax, or other costs that may be associated with the prize. Where the prize is subject to terms and conditions, the winner accepts the prize subject to those terms, conditions, and restrictions.

16. Where the prize includes air travel and/or accommodation, whether international or domestic) 'Travel Prize' (

1) The winning ministry has valid documents, including, but not limited to, valid passports and visas that meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at each destination.

(a) Any fines, penalties, payments or expenses incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities (including any associated costs)

(6) The Promoter makes no representations regarding the safety, conditions and other matters that may exist at any destination. This is considered international travel and advice can be obtained from various sources, including local government and consular offices and the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade website. The Winner accepts the travel prize at their own risk.

(7) All travel is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the travel prize providers. Any travel companion listed in the travel prize (if applicable) accepts the travel prize subject to these terms, conditions and restrictions as if references to the Winner in the relevant clauses were to the travel companion. The Winner must sign a statutory release, in a form acceptable to the Promoter in its sole discretion, if requested by the Promoter.

Liability for

17 - Live Blasts reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason.

18. Live Blasts shall not be liable for any failure to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment, technical failures, congested lines, inadvertent disconnections, texts with a mistranslated keyword, texts with an incorrect shortcode, major power or otherwise.

19. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Blasts shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct or consequential loss) or personal injury arising out of entering the Promotion or winning a prize.

Number of treatments

: 20. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

21. If the winner does not accept these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited.

Prize

: 22. The prize is for one room in a double cabin in a double-shared cabin on the "Best Antarctic Cruise" cruise commencing January 11, 2023. This cabin will be shared with another person of the same sex. The Best Antarctic Cruise includes: one night's hotel stay in Ushuaia, nine nights on the Ocean Endeavour in a Category 4 double cabin, all meals, including snacks while on board the Ocean Endeavour, use of a wind- and water-resistant jacket and boots for the duration of the cruise, all shore excursions, zordiac excursions, all onboard lectures, all port taxes, and group transportation from the Ushuaia hotel to the dock.

23. The prize excludes domestic and international flights, travel insurance (which is mandatory for this trip), and any miscellaneous personal expenses such as laundry, grooming, tips, additional accommodation, and transportation. Additional activities offered on the "Best Antarctic Cruises" (camping, biking, snow grooming, and photo workshops) are not included, are subject to availability, and additional charges apply.
